About me

For me, nature photography is a hobby I always wish I had more time for than everyday life allows. Although I've been following open fields, meadows, and river bends with a camera in hand for about a decade, I've never set out to turn this pastime into a profession or to compete for the technically perfect shot. I want it to stay a pure passion — one that brings joy and lets me step away from routine.

Like for many of us, nature is the place where I find complete inner peace and recharge my energy for everything else life asks of me.

But for me it's not only the result that matters — the process and respect for the environment matter too. I hope these captured moments will not only please the eye, but also quietly remind us of the ethics of being in nature and of photography. We owe nature at least this much: to have as little impact as possible on its inhabitants. Ideally we wouldn't be there at all, but if we do drop by as guests — let us be invisible and respectful.

I invite you to look around at the moments I've captured!
